On the evening of December 12th, the Steiner Institute of Brussels hosted a warm and joyous Christmas gathering at the House of Anthroposophy in Brussels, located at Rue du Trône 194. The event began with a beautiful musical performance by Annie Lavoisier, a solo harpist from the Belgian National Orchestra, who enchanted us with works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Marcel Tournier, and Alfred Holy. This was followed by the reading of passages from the Calendar of the Soul in four languages—German, French, English, and Dutch—and the lighting of the four Advent candles. The ceremony concluded with the heartfelt singing of Silent Night in six languages—German, French, English, Dutch, Italian, Romanian, and Hungarian. Afterward, we had the opportunity to connect with one another while enjoying the delicious food kindly provided by the participants.
